How to: grace period

All customers who bought MAMP PRO within the last 30 days qualify for a free update to MAMP PRO 2.0.
We sent an e-mail to all these people and icluded a personal voucher code. This voucher code can be used for ordering a license number of MAMP PRO 2.0 for free. Here´s how it works:

1. Visit this link: https://secure.shareit.com/shareit/checkout.html?productid=300457086&quickbuy=1
2. Enter your personal voucher code from our e-mail at the bottom of your shopping card right under the payment options
3. Proceed with your order
4. You will receive an E-Mail with a serial number of MAMP PRO 2.0

5. Download MAMP PRO 2.0 here: http://www.mamp.info/en/downloads/index.html
6. Backup your old MAMP and MAMP PRO data (just for security reasons)
7. Open the Installer and follow the instructions.

  1. I received my personal voucher code and followed the instructions, however a MAMP PRO charge of $59.- is present in the shopping cart along with the MAMP PRO 2.x Update (-$29).

  3. So if I understand well, as I bought MAMP PRO in May 2011 and as I switched to Lion in July 2011, I payed a software to be able to use it only 2 monthes...
    Your 30 days grace period is really to short !
    Do you have any solution to people like me ?

I Purchased your product from "share-it.com", when i try to install it didn't work,so i was told i gotten the wrong version so i ask for refund from share-it or (your guys in the Philippine with German phone number). i was waiting to get the refund and then i was going to buy the right version, but share-it decided to send me an automated email(with different employ name of course) to keep telling me the same shitty story. it's taken me 1 month and dozen email 3 phone calls to ask for 189kr (i will chop that up to your hustle)i will never buy anything this company ever sells and i will let any of my associates know you run a company that cheat there customers,and i will report you to the trading standards, you give good honest programmers bad name.
